How a project runs

Every piece we make is generated, not filmed. That changes where the decisions happen: the important approvals come early, at the still-image stage, before any motion is rendered. Here is the sequence.

Brief

You send a brief through the contact form: the product or subject, reference images or videos, aspect ratio, where it will run, and any brand rules. We reply within one business day with questions, a fixed price, and a delivery date.

Payment

One-time products start on a 50% deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Subscriptions are paid in full at the start of each month. Payments are non-refundable once work begins, because generation costs are spent whether or not a render is used.

Anchor approval

Motion

We render the shots against the approved anchors, review physics and continuity frame by frame, and assemble the cut with sound. You receive a review link.

Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of revision requests, listed on the Pricing page and in the schedule below. A request is one consolidated set of notes. Further requests, or changes to an approved anchor, are quoted before we proceed.

Delivery

On one-time products the balance is invoiced on final approval and master files are released on payment. On subscriptions, assets are delivered on your chosen cadence each week. Every delivery includes the AI-disclosure line for the markets you publish in.

Terms of service

These terms apply to every project Yippee Kayea LLC ("Kayea Kreations", "we", "us") produces for a client ("you"). Submitting a brief, paying a deposit, or approving a quote means you accept them. A signed statement of work controls where it conflicts with these terms.

1. What we provide

AI-generated video and image content produced in-house from your brief and approved anchor stills, plus workflow automations where purchased. Nothing we deliver is filmed. Deliverables, formats, durations, and delivery dates are set in the quote for each project.

2. Scope and approval gate

Scope is defined by the plan you purchase (as described on the Pricing page on the date of purchase) or by a written quote for custom work. Anchor stills — or, for subscriptions, the onboarding brand kit, presenter, and style set — once approved by you in writing (email is sufficient), fix the product, geometry, scale, lighting, environment, presenter, and on-product text. Any change to an approved anchor, or any addition beyond the purchased scope, is a change order with its own price and timeline.

3. Revisions

Included revision requests are set per plan in section 5. A request is one consolidated set of written notes covering the assets it names. Additional requests are billed at 15% of the plan's price (minimum $150) per request, or as quoted. Notes that reverse an earlier approved decision are treated as a change order. For landing pages, small updates (adding a product, swapping copy or an image, minor tweaks) are free for 60 days after launch and under the care plan, and never count as a revision; revisions apply only to major reworks such as a new layout, restructured sections, or a full visual overhaul.

4. Payment

• One-time products (Starter Pack, Custom Landing Page, Launch Bundle, and the Growth Bundle setup fee): 50% deposit before work begins, 50% balance on final approval and before master files or site access are released.
• Subscriptions (Essentials, Growth, and the monthly portion of the Growth Bundle): paid in full, in advance, for each month. You may start immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current month, or choose to begin on the 1st. Thereafter each month is billed on the 1st. Work for a month does not begin until that month is paid.
• Kids Birthday Invitation and the Free Sample Ad: the invitation is paid in full at order; the sample ad has no charge.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has started, except under the Starter Pack guarantee in section 5. Invoices are due within 7 days. Balances more than 14 days overdue accrue 1.5% per month, and we may pause work or withhold files until paid.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax you are required to pay.

5. Plan schedule

• Free Sample Ad — one 6–10 second ad per brand, offered at our discretion with priority for brands already running ads. Concept and format at our discretion, delivered as a finished file you may use freely. No revisions. Portfolio rights under section 8 apply.
• Starter Pack — 3 UGC-style videos (15–30s) and 3 static ads. 1 revision request across the pack. Delivery 2–3 business days from receipt of brand assets. Paid 50/50. Money-back guarantee: if you tell us in writing within 7 days of final delivery that you would not run any of the ads, we refund the full price, and you agree not to use the delivered files. One guarantee per brand.
• Essentials Subscription — 6 videos and 6 static ads per month. 2 revision requests per month across that month's assets. Cadence set at onboarding.
• Growth Subscription — 12 videos and 12 static ads per month, plus 2 hook variants of each video. 4 revision requests per month across that month's assets. Cadence set at onboarding.
• Custom Landing Page — single-page responsive site, AI-generated hero imagery, functional contact/quote system. 2 revision requests for major rebuilds; small updates free for 60 days after launch, then under the optional care plan ($150/month). Delivery 2–3 weeks. Paid 50/50. Hosting and domain terms in section 10.
• Cinematic Spot — one 15–60 second film with voiceover, sound design and social cutdowns. 2 revision requests. Price ($2,500–5,000) and delivery set in a written quote. Paid 50/50.
• Launch Bundle — Custom Landing Page plus Starter Pack, on those plans' terms. Paid 50/50 on the bundle price.
• Growth Bundle — Custom Landing Page at the discounted setup fee (paid 50/50) plus the Growth Subscription (paid monthly in advance). Three-month minimum on the subscription, then month to month.
• Kids Birthday Invitation — 15–30s animated invitation with an original character. 1 revision request; detail changes (time, address) free. Delivery 3–5 days. We do not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked characters.
• Business Automation — scope and a fixed price set in a written quote after a free review call. Paid 50/50 unless the quote says otherwise.
• Custom plans — scope, price, revisions, and payment set in a written quote, which controls over this schedule.

Subscription rules: cancel anytime in writing before the 1st to stop the next month's charge; the current month is not refunded. Unused assets or revision requests do not roll over. Delivery dates assume brand assets and approvals arrive within two business days of each request; delays on your side move delivery by at least the same amount. Rush work is quoted separately.

6. Your materials

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you give us: logos, product designs, packaging, reference imagery, music, scripts, and brand assets. You will not ask us to reproduce a real person's face, voice, or likeness without that person's documented consent, or to imitate another company's product, packaging, or trade dress. We may decline any request we judge to be unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and will refund any unspent deposit if we do so before generation begins.

7. The nature of generated content

Our work is produced with generative AI models. We take significant care over physical accuracy, continuity, and text fidelity, and we review every frame we deliver. Even so:

• Generated output is probabilistic. We cannot guarantee that any single prompt or render will match a description exactly; we guarantee that the delivered files match the anchors and notes you approved.
• Minor artifacts inherent to the medium may remain. We will disclose any we consider visible at delivery.
• Models and platforms we use change over time. Re-creating a past deliverable later may not be possible in identical form.

8. Intellectual property

• On full payment, you own the delivered files and may use them in any medium, worldwide, without time limit. Ownership of AI-generated material may be limited under the copyright law of some jurisdictions; we make no warranty on registrability.
• We keep all rights in our methods, prompts, anchor stills, intermediate renders, tools, and workflows.
• We may show delivered work in our portfolio, on our website, and on social media, with your brand identified, unless you purchase an exclusivity add-on quoted at the start of the project. We will honor embargo dates you tell us about in writing.
• Third-party elements (stock audio, fonts, models) are licensed according to their own terms, which we pass through to you.

9. Disclosure of AI-generated content

Laws in a growing number of jurisdictions, including the EU's Artificial Intelligence Act (Article 50), require that AI-generated audiovisual content be disclosed when published. We supply a disclosure line with every delivery. You are responsible for applying the disclosure, and for any platform, advertising-standards, or industry rules that apply to your publication of the work. We are responsible for disclosure on our own website and channels.

10. Landing page hosting and domains

• You own the finished site files and code on full payment.
• The domain and any hosting account are registered in your name and paid by you, at the provider's rates. We set everything up, connect the domain, and administer it on your behalf for as long as you keep the site with us.
• Small updates are free on request for 60 days after launch, then under the optional care plan ($150/month). We may batch them and turn them around within a few business days. This benefit ends if the site is moved to another provider or rebuilt by someone else.
• If you want the site under your own control, we hand over full access to the domain and hosting accounts at any time on request.

10a. Cancellation

One-time products: you may cancel in writing at any time; the deposit is retained, and if work has progressed past anchor approval you also owe the value of work completed to that point as a share of the price. Subscriptions: cancel in writing before the 1st; the current paid month completes and is not refunded, and the Growth Bundle's three-month minimum applies. We may cancel any plan if you are more than 30 days unresponsive or 30 days late on payment, and the same settlement applies.

11. Confidentiality

We keep unreleased products, briefs, and business information confidential and use them only to produce your project. This does not cover information that is already public, that you have authorized us to publish, or that we are legally required to disclose. Portfolio use under section 8 begins only after the work is publicly released, or on a date you set.

12. Warranty and liability

Except as stated in section 7, deliverables are provided as is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profit or ad spend. You will indemnify us against claims arising from materials you supplied, or from your publication of the work, except where caused by our breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and both parties consent to that venue. Before filing, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by direct discussion for 30 days.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when a quote is accepted governs that project. Updates are posted here with a new effective date.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what Yippee Kayea LLC collects through kayeakreations.com and by email, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us so we can reply and do the work, we do not sell it, and we do not run ads or ad-tracking on this site.

What we collect

• Contact form: company name, your name, email address, phone number, plan selected, project description, and any files you attach (up to three, 7.5 MB total).
• Birthday invitations: your child's first name, age, theme preferences, and the party details (date, time, address, RSVP contact) you want shown in the film. We use these only to make and deliver that film.
• Email: anything you send to our addresses, and our replies.
• Hosting logs: our host records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to serve the site and detect abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or any third-party tracking. We count visits with our own simple counter, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device: it records the page viewed, the site that sent you, a rough location (state or country), and whether you are on a phone or a computer. Your IP address is never stored; to count each visitor once per day we keep only a scrambled code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and produce your project.
• To invoice, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.
• To filter spam from form submissions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for marketing to third parties. We will only email you about your own enquiry or project unless you ask to hear from us otherwise.

Who processes it for us

• Netlify — hosts the site and receives form submissions and attachments.
• Akismet (Automattic) — screens form submissions for spam.
• Google Workspace — our email and document storage.
• Generation platforms — the AI tools we use to produce work receive the reference materials needed for your project, and nothing else from your enquiry.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms. We share only what is necessary for them to perform the service.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Business project files, briefs, and correspondence are kept for the life of the project plus 3 years for business records, then deleted unless you ask for earlier removal or we are required to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@kayeakreations.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or a US state with a consumer-privacy law, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Children

Our services are purchased by adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18. For birthday invitations, a parent or guardian supplies the child's details; we do not create a profile of the child, do not share the details with anyone other than the generation platforms needed to produce the film, and delete the project files within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

Changes

Updates are posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use existing information will be emailed to affected contacts.
